Return & Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through tr.woodcoder.com (“we”, “our”, or “us”)  are custom-made based on your specific design and measurements.

For products that are custom-made in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15/b of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

However, you retain the right to replacement or free repair in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects upon delivery
  • Producing a product with dimensions other than those requested by the customer
  • Damage during transport

If you encounter such an issue, please contact us within 3 (three) business days of receiving your order. Supporting documentation (e.g. photos) will be reviewed, and if approved, we will arrange free replacement or repair.


Order Cancellation

After you place your order, we will send you a confirmation PDF file via email containing all the dimensions and details of your custom design. If you require any changes to these specifications, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving this PDF. If no changes are requested within this period, the product will be manufactured exactly according to the confirmed design in the PDF. This email confirmation shall be considered the final agreement between you and tr.woodcoder.com.

If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, and once production has started, cancellation is not possible.


Approval Process

Your design will be reviewed by our technical team before production begins. If, during this review or even during the production phase, the design is found to have issues such as structural instability, insufficient durability, or any dimensional or physical concerns, the issue will first be communicated to the customer.

A suggested modification will be offered to resolve the problem. If the customer agrees to the change, any difference in cost will either be charged to or refunded to the customer, and production will proceed accordingly.

However, if the customer does not approve the change, the order will be canceled and the full amount will be refunded.
