WOODCODER PDP LAW (KVKK) APPLICATION FORM

GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

Personal data subjects defined as 'relevant persons' in the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('PDP Law') (hereinafter referred to as the 'Applicant') are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data pursuant to Article 11 of the PDP Law.

Pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 13 of the PDP Law, applications to be made to our Company as the data controller regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (the 'Board').

In this framework, written applications to be made to our Company may be submitted to us by printing out this form and:

By the personal application of the Applicant,

Through a notary public, or

By being signed by the Applicant with a secure electronic signature as defined in the Law No. 5070 on Electronic Signature and sent to the Company's registered electronic mail address.

In addition, after the other methods to be determined by the Board are announced, how applications will be received through these methods will also be announced by our Company. Your applications submitted to us will, pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 13 of the PDP Law, be answered within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request. Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically pursuant to the provision of Article 13 of the PDP Law.
